About the Genocide carried out by Russia in the Chechen
Republic of Ichceria

In February 23-25, 1944 Soviet Union deported the whole
Chechen nation. In December 11, 1994 Russia began the war against the
Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. In April 21, 1996 Russia killed villainously
Djohar Dudayev, President of the Chechen Republic of Ichceria. In May 12,
1997 Russian Federation made the agreement with the Chechen Republic of
Ichkeria. Since July 17, 1999, broken the peace agreement, Russia has begun
and still carrying out the total genocide in the Chechen Republic of
Ichceria. Around 300 thousand Chechens are killed. Cities, towns and
villages are being destroyed. Russia damaged Chechenia approximately 300
billion of USD.
Many people all over the world protest against the
colonial war and the genocide in the Chechen Republic of Ichceria carried
out by Russia. It’s a pity that the leaders of countries and organizations
in the world gratify and pander Russia. They don’t do anything to stop
genocide, to withdraw the Russian army out of Chechenia and to make amends
for the damage made in the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
Organizing and forging referendum and president
elections in the independent another’s country Russia infringed the
international law. The referendum and “president” elections in Chechenia are
illegal.
We recognize President of the Chechen Republic of
Ichceria Aslan Maschadov,elected according to the legal international norms
of law, Parliament and Government of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
We express our gratitude to 145 members of the European
Parliament who ask to introduce the temporary UN administration in the
Chechen Republic of Ichceria.
We inform that citizens of 97 countries applied to UN
to introduce the temporary UN administration in the Chechen Republic of
Ichkeria; among those who singed the Appeal about it are more than 5000
Italians, 5000 Lithuanians and more than 2000 citizens of the Russia
Federation.
We ask you:
1. To undertake actions not to recognize referendum and president elections
in Chechenia;
2. To invite Aslan Maschadov, President of the Chechen Republic of Ichceria,
to the United Nations and to the Parliament of Europe to listen to his
opinion.
