OF THE MEETING TO NOTE THE OUTCOME OF THE MOLOTOV –
RIBENTROP PACT
IN FAVOUR OF SOLVING OF CHECHENIAN PROBLEMS ON THE
INTERNATIONAL LEVEL THROUGH THE ORGANISATION OF UNITED NATIONS

For four years allready is going the second Russian
exterminating war in Chechnia and the constant refusal of Russia to solve
the problem through peacefulnegotiations clearly shows that without
interferance of international organizations the war may last for the
unlimited period of time, the results of witch it is impossible to foresee.
For reconciliation, trust and stopping the war we suggest you to take the
instant initiative:
- introduce direct rule of UN in Chechnia and to begin negotiations between
the fighting sides;
- to draw out Russian Army from Chechnia;
- to disarm the Chechen resistance fighters.
